You get each original and staged photo as a numbered pair, in upload order, with a short checklist for the ARMLS disclosure.

Since May 28, 2026, ARMLS requires the Flexmls Digitally Altered disclosure on staged photos, with the unaltered original uploaded directly before or after each one. Fines of $200 per violation start in December 2026.

How fast is it?
Send photos by 9 pm and you'll have them by 10 am the next day. Most orders come back sooner.
Is this done with AI?
Yes. An AI model places the furniture, then we keep your original photo and bring over only the new furniture and its shadows. Every photo is reviewed before delivery.
What photos work best?
Your original, full-size listing photos of empty rooms, taken level and in good light. Horizontal photos work best.
Can I use these on the MLS?
Yes, with the required disclosure. ARMLS allows staged photos marked with the Flexmls Digitally Altered disclosure and uploaded next to the original. Our files are set up for exactly that.
Can you remove furniture or fix things?
No. We only add furniture and decor to empty rooms. We never repair, repaint or change anything about the home itself.
